Couples Fertility Support
Couples Fertility Support how you need it. Now. Whether it's answering your questions, offering comprehensive fertility education, providing perspective, relationship skills or guidance on how best to support each other, discussing boundaries, intimacy, sex, communication or receiving mental health and emotional support tools, you name, it we can talk about it. My partner and I have been through it too, and I am here with you both.
Fertility Support Groups
Join our bi-weekly open In Person and Online Fertility Support Groups, a compassionate space for women navigating their unique fertility journeys. No matter how long you have been on the journey, where you are in the process, whatever way you are trying to have a baby, whether you are in a partnership or doing it on your own, you don't have to go through it all alone.
Sex, Love and Health
Intimacy, relationship and sexual health support how you need it. I meet you exactly where you are on your sexual, relational or women’s sexual health journey. I also offer fully comprehensive sex education and sexual self-care, tailored to the people or population it is served to. I can also meet with you to discuss sexually transmitted infections including education, disclosure, support and acceptance for adults or teens.

At Fertility Support Now, I can coach you and teach you about all aspects of fertility, including helping you get to the root cause(s) of your fertility challenges or pregnancy losses, and I can help you figure out the next steps on your journey in a practical straightforward way! I offer personalized support, education, guidance, tools, and resources for individuals and couples navigating the physical, relational and emotional challenges of fertility.
I lead One on One and Couples Sessions. I also hold Online and In Person Support Groups for women.
I continue to offer intimacy, relationship and women's sexual health support, and teach comprehensive sexual education, as I have been doing for decades. If you are wanting to learn how to better be there for someone going through fertility or any of these challenges, I can assist with this as well!
